Siebel OEDQ-Contact Duplicate record is not created in Dedup Results Table
Hi All,
Our Customer is Using Siebel Loyalty with OEDQ.
From Siebel user interface when any duplicate record is created, OEDQ matching Service will be invoked and duplicate record are displayed.
When go to Duplicate contacts view user can see all duplicate contacts. These duplicate contacts link is created in S_DEDUP_RESULTS table.
For Example if we create new record from UI and if it matches with any existing data base record, in Dedup table there will be 2 records created.
In this table First record is created with row ID of fist Driving record "Object Id = Dedup Object Id"(row ID of fist Driving record) (Same Id for both columns) and 2nd record is created with Object Id of First record row ID and Dedup Object Id of 2nd record Id.
