Duplicate journal created while Web ADI upload, shows a different user name also

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus,

We have a weird scenario at hands. One User X uploaded journals to GL through Web ADI. There was one duplicate journal created. The duplicate Journal shows different Created by as Y. We checked through front end and Back end as well. Is there a way to find the activites performed on a particular Journal? A quick help would be highly appreciated.
