How to know the location of the attachment file in oracle R12

Hi All,

I am not sure which group i should be tagging to, but i really need help on this.

We have a requirement to get the location of the file attached, for example , /OA_HTML/fndgfm.jsp?mode=download_blob&fid=XXXXX&accessid=XXX.

But i believe we dont have access to it.

Is it possible to get the location of the file and user can pull the file by just accessing the URL.
