How can we require a Spouse for Family Medical?
We are implementing ESS and have run into a situation with Life Event Enrollment.
Example: When an employee is using the divorce event and changing their medical plan from family to employee + child, the system is still
allowing them to enroll in the Medical plan. Our medical plan requires a spouse. How can we tell the system that only employee's with a
spouse can be enrolled in our Family Medical plan? It seems that the Min/Max field is controlling this functionality rather than the 08B/DR (dependent relationship) table.
Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
