Supplier registration - Generated Supplier ID is Error (10320,298)

Hi,

We have set up Supplier Registration, but the Supplier is not being setup on approval, although the supplier registration is successfully Approved. We get  a '0 Not Authorized (90,6)' error followed by 'The system Generated Supplier ID is Error
(10320,298) ' .  Any ideas what we have missed in set up .?

On Manage Request Approval page press Ok..

Press ok…

Press ok…

Supplier registration shows as approved…

And an Email sent to the contact …
