Receiving transactions window is not showing the receipt information for a split quantity for RMA wi

Hi all,

Someone help be with a workaround for this issue.

Note that I have two receipts numbers for one RMA split for two different lot numbers. One receipt is fine but the other one is stuck ; in

Receiving transaction statuses window with an error:

RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'RMA_WAIT_FOR_RECEIVING' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/3204363'. in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING Procedure Push_Receiving_Info returned error

The workflow status of the RMA order line is Complete.

The initial sales order was 40,000 assigned to two lot numbers : AA9009983  had 600 qnty
