OMS Restarting with threads stuck in Repository Database calls

Hello All,

I'm hoping to see whether anyone else is hitting this issue.. and if there is any advice out there?

Our OMS restarts every few days with threads stuck in Repository Database calls.

For each restart, we consistently see a high application wait spike (SQL*Net break/reset to client) for the below OEM.PbsSystemPool activity:

ConnectorCoordinator - begin em_cntr_queue.listen(:1 , :2 , ); end; (sql_id aphss0yj5ygxx)

EventCoordinator - begin em_event_bus.listen(:1 , :2 , ); end; (sql_id a9t927jdagvtt)

NotificationMgr - BEGIN EM_NOTIF_PKG.QUEUE_READY(:1 , :2 , ); END; (sql_id 4p3rny0g5b2ua)
