Denormalized Column did not filled

Hellow!

There is custom business component on table PARTY (analog BC Contact). When we insert record with these BC, are not filled column CON_LAST_NAME, CON_FST_NAME, CON_EMP_FLG in tables S_CONTACT_BU and S_POSTN_CON.

Please, help me, why is this happening?
