Wait Event "Streams AQ: qmn coordinator waiting for slave to start"

Hello All,

Background Wait Event "Streams AQ: qmn coordinator waiting for slave to start" is popping up in the Top Timed Events in AWRs for a number of our databases.

Suspecting Bug 18284201 - Statspack reports can show some "Idle" wait events in the Top 5 Waits.

But I'm just not sure whether this is a truly idle wait?  (And it is not listed in the bug symptoms..)

Is anyone able to advise?
