RTF template formatting issue

Hi,  i have an RTF template, output set to PDF format,

Now  my requirement is , i want to add three additional columns to this RTF template, i have added three new additional columns to RTF tempalte, But these columns are not visible in PDF output, i tried to fix this in multilple ways, i increased the page layout size  then i'm getting these three columns only in first page ,  but not visible in other pages.

Also it has a subtemplate.

Any suggestions please
