Hello!

We always get the following message every time we transact hours for a particular resource under the employee name: "DELOS REYES, Mr. ELVIS ERNEST N":

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field EMPLOYEE_NAME

What does this mean?

Does this imply that we cannot successfully transact this particular employee under it corresponding resource code?

How should we go about this?

Appreciate your advice...
