Dynamic Assignment in Siebel 7.5.3.15

Hi Guru's,

We are using Siebel 7.5.3.15 (yes we are still on the old one!!) and after creating a new Assignment rule by cloning the existing working one, the new rule is not working as expected. Created the rule with only employee details changed and then released the rules via release button. On testing the new rule is not working.

Also deleted the old rulecache.dat file and on releasing rules, a new file got created and then bounced the Siebel app server but still it is not working.

Pls help on how to fix it. Will the assignment mgr uses WF triggers or workprocgmr?
