OMW hangs ActiveConsole.exe

I have this issue, when OMW is closed after a Find, it hangs the activeconsole.exe on Windows fatclientts.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start JDE solution explorer (activeconsole.exe)

2. Fastpath to OMW

3. Add selection (from 21 to 21, for example)

4. Click find

Result are provided, no issues except for the 'Cannot fetch table F0101' when opening OMW)

5. Close OMW

6. Active console seems responsive

7. Close JDE Solution explorer and activeconsole.exe shows hangstatus.
