FDM Login Hangs with "Processing Please Wait"
We are facing issue in FDM Login. Information as below:
- Login into FDM version 11.1.2.3.500 see at windows Task manager COMJNIBRIDGE.EXE services hangs and FDM login taking too much (4-5 minutes) time. This is intermediate issue, some time its work fine and some time too slow.
Below things we checked and verified:
- same issue available from FDM client and web client.
- same issue available from Native or ADID or Admin or Non-admin user.
- same issue available when testing from server or from client machine.
- In FDM Load Balance Config --> edit the HSS Authentication Provider --> "Test connection" button
Return "Connection Successful" message but taking same time as login from web client or login from server web client.
