PO Hierarchy problem in Blanket and releases

When send a blanket or a release for approval, the workflow is not taking the updated hierarchy. I run the Fill Employee hierarchy after the update in the hierarchy but did not work. When the buyer send the blanket or the release for approval, the workflow include the old approver and should include the new approver. Please see document attached with details
