Additional Grid Columns to P421002 Subform

I have made a copy of Subform P421002 (P5542102) and am attempting to add additional grid columns. I mention the object copy, in the event that the form rename is relevant to my issue.  The columns I am attempting to add are VR02 and SO04, base fields in the F4211 table, and am not trying to do any validations or such against these columns.  I added the fields to the D4210620A data structure.  Also, in the .c file of B4210620, there are #define statements identified as "Control Definitions for S421002C", which define the GC columns.  I cannot identify where they
