How to prevent the on-hand quantity of a certain subinventory to include in the Job components mater

EX. we have 200 item A in the subinventory S1, and A is a component of item B,which is an assembly of JOB J1.

In the material requirements form of Job J1,it shows component item A has an onhand-quantity 200.And we want it shows 0 instead.

How should we do to setup the subinventory S1?
