Siebel Open UI IP2016 Responsibilities

Dear Siebelists,

We have an issue with responsibilities in Siebel IP2016.

We have created new responsibility and we have added over 100 views. We have associated that view with username (let's call it IVA in this example). That is the only responsibility associated with username IVA.

After logging in with username IVA and browsing through Siebel we have noticed that we have few extra views that we wish to remove.  So we did remove them (with SADMIN login) and we have cleared cache multiple times.

However, even as that view is not part of responsibility anymore, when we log in with username IVA, we can still open views that we have removed.
