OPM Cost Method from PWAC to PMAC

Hi Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Community,

I had a query in changing OPM Cost Method from PWAC to PMAC, i have seen a note (Doc ID 838983.1).

My Query is:

Should we Complete all the the transactions in the previous method (PWAC) i.e All batches ,PO any inventory transactions should be close or is it ok to continue.

For example

Batches has been created in JULY-16 and cost method is PWAC and from SEP-16 if we want to change the coat method to PMAC. Is to ok to if we don't close the batches or should we close the Batch in the period where we have used PWAC.
