How to create a value set to display the Customer ship to/bill to locations of a customer

Hello All

I have a requirement to create a DFF on the Sales Order Header to display the bill to and ship to of the customer which i select on the Sales Order Form. Though we have standard fields which captures this information, but we still need to select addtionally on the DFF as a part of one requirement.

Can anyone help with any existing value set or custom value set which can be used here to display the same ?
