Catalog Server upgradation to 12c

Hi Team,

We have catalog running on 11g standard edition.

Since 12c databases will not get registered to this. Hence we're upgrading the catalog database to 12c version.

We're using Out of place upgrade. ie: on the same server we're creating a new mount point and installing 12c database there.

Can anyone please help me with the steps.

We'll use the expdp/impdp utility for migrating the data. Let me know how to use expdp/impdp to migrate data from 11g server to 12c server. Once migrated we'll upgrade the catalog schema version.

Any pre-requisites we need to check prior to this. eg: running utlrp.sql or related scripts
