CoProduct Batch completed with exception qty

Hi All,

EBS version: 12.1.3

I'm trying the functionality of CoProduct.

I created a batch with output quantity: 16296 for Item#9068 & 13211, please check the Batch Creation Screen Shot.jpg

When I perform the completion , I have exception quantity for the coproduct item 13211 , please check the WIP Completion Screen Shot - 1.jpg

I did create a formula , receipt with 2 products and total cost allocation is 1.

Could please let me know the exception quantity for coproduct is designed to be ? or I miss some steps before creating batch?
