We are not able to login with SYSADMIN user

We are able to login with individual user account,  But when try to login with SYSADMIN we are not able to login and it is happening from last few days. Even after bounce also same issue happening.

Below are the details:

Database Version:11.2.0.4

Application Version : 12.2.4
