WRKFLW - Customized workflow stuck in Awaiting status

Hi everybody,

I need some help to understand an issue with a customized workflow.

This workflow concerns the change of promised date of an order.

Sometimes, some workflows didn't start their cycle and keep the awaiting status. Do you know how to explain this ?

It seems to be a random event.

We have to resume it manually to really start the workflow cycle.
