How to reduce number of application nodes and Concurrent nodes from EBS R12.1.3

Hi Team,

I have EBS R12.1.3 environment running on Solaris server where it have 12 Application nodes and 8 Concurrent Nodes.

I need to consolidate this environment to 3 application Nodes and 3 concurrent Nodes.

Please guide me how to do it and what precaution I need to take as this is production environment and I need to carry out this activity directly on production.
