IP13 to IP16 Upgrade : Upgphys taking very long time

Hi Community / Friends,

We are doing Upgrade from IP13 ( V8.1.1.11) to latest Siebel version IP16.

While doing so, we are already done with Repository merge and UPGREP steps already.

Now next step as per process we are doing 'UPGPHYS' ( Upgrade Custom Physical Schema) with database server configuration wizard on "Development' environment.

This 'UPGPHYS' is running since last 18 hours and process is struck at 'Export Schema Definition' step since last 18 hours and still counting.

Please help out to understand what is the usual approx time this step takes and help us to resolve the same.

Operating System : Windows 64 Bit 2012 R2
