Weblogic Managed Server Failed to Start with following Error:

<Aug 4, 20116:32:01 AM CDT> <Critical> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000362> <Server failed. Reason:

There are 1 nested errors:

weblogic.cluster.migration.MigrationException: Could not start JTAMT on local server because it could not be deactivated on the current host.
