debugging one way audio

I a experiencing intermittent one way audio when forwarding calls through a 3820 SBC running  ECZ7.3.0 MR-1 Patch 1 (Build 134) . I see two way audio enter, but only one way audio on the outside. I've captured traces on the inside and outside of the SBC and am comparing good and bad call setups. What other debug approaches should I take on the SBC?
