Weblogic Patches & Updates

I applied the Weblogic PSU 10.3.6.0.160719 to OMS Version 12.1.0.5.0 yesterday.  It still shows up in the Patches & Updates in the Security category.   Is this a bug iin oem or do I need to push it some how?
