R11 Transaction Workers Setup

Good day Oracle,

  We have a question from our Client, the would like to know whether there is a place where the Transaction Workers could be setup the Timeout value. For example a Transaction worker could be terminated in case it reaches  a timeout setup value? This situation might be evidence of Performance situation however our Client would like to evaluate this possibility.
