Product-Specific Consolidated Updates for Release 12.1 Missing from Infobundle
The current info bundle is missing some of the Product-Specific Consolidated Updates for Release 12.1. There were four recent patches released:

When are new patches added to the Infobundle?
It seems that there is some cutoff date that is applied, for example patches released on July 13 are in the current Infobundle, but the patches after on the 15/18 are not. My understanding was the info bundle was updated daily, so now that it has been a couple of weeks I would expect them to be there.
