P15217 row / form applications in 9.1

Hello,

Pretty simple question - we are unit testing for 9.1.2 apps / 9.2.0.3 tools release and noticed that row and form applications that are visable in 9.0 apps are missing from some application screens.

Attached is a screen shot of 9.0 and 9.1 P15217 - work with Units.  Used to be able to create a unit and then select new lease form application from a button at the bottom of the screen.  Along with that, there were row application buttons for Edit Lease, Rent Info and Unit History.

In 9.1 apps the buttons appear to be gone.  I know CAFEONE can be utilized, just want to know the missing buttons are standard design.
