Could you please provide recommended Outbound communication setting

Hi Expert,

The line break is not working while replying to inbound message. We are using Chrome browser and vanilla functionality. We are not done any customisation on CK Editor.

Now our user preference setting @ application:

Email Response:

     Default Message Format : HTML

      Include Original Message in Reply : True

Is there any recommend setting for outbound communication at tools and application level?

Please guide us.
