How to schedule an RFC in My Oracle Support
Hi,
I am new to Oracle support and I had raised an RFC on behalf of a client. Oracle support have responded asking to provide authorized approval and schedule using
self-scheduling service via MOS.
MOS > On Demand tab > Change Management > select the RFC you want to schedule > from
ACTION drop down list select "SCHEDULE & APPROVE" > select the date and time by
pressing "“GET TIME” and submit
But I can't find the Change Management on the On Demand Tab (Now called Manage Cloud)
Could someone please guide me in the right direction?
