Desperate: Recovery just hangs

Hi, last 24 hours I'm fighting issue with recovery. Originally I run rman duplicate (we're refreshing our TEST, mixture of 11g and 12c, mostly PSU JAN16), it properly restore datafiles, archivelogs and the moment it is supposed to start recovery, it stops. I ended up doing manual restore and recovery while debugging, I have all files required in place, and in the end, it's the same issue:
