Invalid Responsibility Specified error in IB while trying to access from SR form instance configurat

Hi All,

I am facing an issue while trying to access install base from SR form Instance configuration button. The user is having Only CSI_NORMAL_USER Role assigned. Earlier the user was assigned with SR_View_ONLY access and a custom role for  read only access to IB . Now the user want update access to IB and SR both. So we have added CSI_NORMAL_USER role to user.

we were getting the error "Invalid Responsibility Specified". I have just removed the SR_VIEW_ONLY and IB Read Only access , but the error still remains the same. Need your assistance to resolve this issue. We are in 11.5.10.2 version
