How to achieve resource constraint based scheduling in PS model

Hi,

In PS model, by default all discrete jobs are scheduling on the same day. Due to this the resources are getting over loaded (resource schedule time is more than available time.). To avoid this, I'm adjusting the operations duration and repairing the model. But I'd like to know how to achieve Resource constraint scheduling automatically.
