How to override the partial line shipment (APTS) flag in customer master by EDI inbound table F47011

How to override the partial line shipment (APTS) flag in customer master by EDI inbound table F47011? I've activated the partial line shipment in F47011 but its not overriding the customer master while order creation using R47011. Please share your thoughts on this.
