Manager unable to see the subordinates score cards after objective setting?

Hi,

one of my client on Oracle R12.1.3, now they raised the issue that manager unable to see the score cards of their subordinates.

Its a parallel objective setting, employee initiated the appraisal, Employee can set their objectives, then manager got the notification that Score card is pending for approval, but unable to approve it and i can't see the employee score card in the Performance management or Appraisal screens.

So i created a test scenario with below mentioned dates in training instance:

Plan dates: 01-Jan-2016 to 15-Apr-2017

Objective Setting: 01-Jan-2016 to 06-Aug-2016

Appraisal Template dates are:

Period Start Date: 01-Aug-2016
