Mobile Inventory Par Counts

When counting our open bins on 9.1 Mobile Inventory, Tools 8.53, we encounter issues where our actual counts are higher on our printout reports, then what was actually entered on our Ipads, and then saved.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?
