Checks Print Program R07231 - where is the debit Bank account information retrieved from

I have to remove the Bank Account information in the P07236 due to banking security reasons (Auto Deposit Instructions for Company).

If I remove the bank account number in the P07236 then need to print "Live" paper checks where does the Checks Print Program R07231 retrieve the banking information from?  I'm concerned if I remove the bank account information in the P07236, bank account # on the "live" check wil not print.

Suggestions?
