Is there any default solution to load a 3rd part purchase req data?

Hi there,

We have a third part system to manage library processes and purchasing books. We looking for a way to move some data from the purchasing records to PeopleSoft , maybe using a webservice, and after this follow the already process exists to completion.

Is there anyone with a similar situation or you can just take a possible way to do?
