clone system using FLAR results in -- cannot mount '/a/var': directory is not empty

Trying to clone system (solaris 10U10) using FLAR.

Creation of FLAR on source went fine.

During install and deployment of FLAR - received the following error

cannot mount '/a/var': directory is not empty

and kicks out of install immediately.

after it kicks out I checked '/a/var' and appears two directories exist

/a/var/run

/a/var/sadm
