Lot Serial number in Pick Slip

Dear all,

we are creating Sales order from EDI Process using R47011 Report. everything going fine, but when we run the pick slip, it is not showing the Lot serial no. in Pick slip also not updated in F4211 table in Lot Serial No. field.

some body can help me, what i need to check?
