Material Distributions entry created with zero cost for Logical Sales Order Issue and Logical Interc

Accounting entry have been created in material distributions with zero cost for "Logical Sales Order Issue" and "Logical Intercompany Shipment Receipt" transactions where as "Logical Intercompany Sales Issue" transaction has accounting entry with cost. What is the logic behind on this?

In material transactions, "Sales Order Issue" transaction has cost but there is no entry for this transaction id in material distributions. Remaining transactions have zero cost in material transactions.
