Sales Order Cancel line no email notification?

Dear all expert,

Good day!

Understand that SO entry will release email notification to the approval. The approval either can approve or reject the SO entry. However, our user would like to receive the email notification for those SO which cancel line. Anyone have any ideas about this? Kindly advise.
