Project_Level_Funding_Flag and Labor_Fee_Rate_Currency_Code fields through pa_project_pub.create_pro

pa_project_pub.create_project does not have the fields PROJECT_LEVEL_FUNDING_FLAG and LABOR_FEE_RATE_CURRENCY_CODE as part of the parameters. Please let me know how the values can be populated to these fields through the API and if any other API has to be called to insert these values.
