How to create shortcut in oracle Sales Order Form?

Hi All,

My client wanted to check customer balances before processing sales order and not willing to use standard form navigation. Therefore, we are trying to create shortcut from sales order form to Account details form.

I really Appreciate if  someone can help me and share some documents related to this.
