Problems while applying patch 23054359

Hi,

I tried applying patch 23054359 on EBS system.

I did a conflict check using opatch using the command -> " opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail -ph ./"

The summary came in as below

Summary of Conflict Analysis:

There are no patches that can be applied now.

Following patches have conflicts. Please contact Oracle Support and get the merged patch of the patches :

18118982, 18665660, 19233888, 23054359

Can you please let me know how to proceed?
