How to load event and service data in ece after IP2 upgrade

Hello Team ,

Earlier when we were using PRE IP2 , we used load specification file of service and its event through Filename.spec file from //app/billing/brm/ECE/ECEPS8/ECE_HOME/oceceserver/sample_data/config_data/specifications this location and after then running pdcspecgen loading of services and event are loaded into the ece?

But after upgrading to ip2 we are not using pdc spec gen any more, so i want to how the data of service and event are loaded into ece ?
